2-Year Product Warranty
Every Vendyle™ comes with a 2-year product warranty. If the device fails within 2 years under normal use, we will replace it free of charge. The 2-year product warranty is independent of the 30-day money-back guarantee described below.
What is covered:
- Motor failures
- Defects in the shaver head or metal mesh
- Charging mechanism malfunctions
What is not covered:
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
- Water damage beyond the IPX rating
- Damage from drops, modifications or non-domestic use
- Loss or theft
- Free accessories (exfoliating gloves, trimmer bag)
How to file a claim:
Send an email to support@vendyle.com with your order number, a brief description of the problem, and a photo or short video of the defect.
Our resolution:
Depending on the situation, we will choose repair, replacement with the same or an equivalent model, or refund.
Proof of purchase:
The original order confirmation is sufficient.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
At Vendyle™ you have 30 days from the delivery date to decide whether the product works for your skin. If it doesn't — for any reason at all — you get every cent back.
How it works:
- 30 days from the delivery date
- Valid for any reason, even if you have used the product
- No form, no questions
- Full refund of the purchase price (including original shipping costs)
How to return:
Send an email to support@vendyle.com with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please do not send the product without an RA number; returns sent without prior notification will not be processed.
Return shipping costs:
Unless the item is defective or damaged, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Estimated return cost: approximately €15.00 – €25.00 EUR (depending on your location and carrier).
Refunds:
Within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at support@vendyle.com.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period:
In addition to the 30-day guarantee above, as a consumer within the EU you have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
We do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items or gift cards. The Vendyle™ trimmer does not fall under the personal-care-goods exclusion and is fully returnable under the 30-day money-back guarantee.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the current item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
