It takes under 30 seconds, no tools. Hold your Vendyle™ in one hand, gently pull off the old head with the other — it clicks off. Place the new head on top, press down until you hear a soft click, and you're done. Repeat for the second head. The internal spring mechanism locks it in place automatically.
